    The only thing you need to provide is the wall shear stress vectors. Yet if what you really mean is to hope paraview can extract the wall shear stress automatically from the velocity field you provide, that will be incredible.

    The so-called limiting streamlines are almost identical to wall shear stress lines, which you can visualize easily and nicely through Line Integral Convolution plugins in Paraview 3.8.0. I think this is a great and exciting feature of this new version.
